Sustainable Food | My second [official] #MeatFreeMonday

So yesterday I was enjoying my second [official] Meat Free Monday. You might say I am cheating because I already am vegetarian…. And yes, after a couple of months of my vegetarian diet it is becoming easier for me to plan and cook my meals. I wanted to tried to be vegan, meaning no ingredients of animal origin, but couldn’t help slipping milk and cheese here and there. Especially for dinner…. when I had pizza… And when you are talking about pizza you can’t have it without cheeseeeee! Or at least I can’t do it… I have a slightly serious obsession for cheese…

Following there’s what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast | Porridge with organic apple and cinnamon sauce

Lunch | Stir fried radicchio [italian chicory] with a vegan béchamel, cheddar and sesame seeds. And a lot of bread!

Dinner | Pizza topped with mozzarella and courgette
